L.E/Miami

L.E/ Miami is an invite only trade show for the contemporary travel industry, connecting a curated crowd travel brands with high-end buyers.

I developed the initial wireframes for their new website, and continued to liaise on the project as the site was designed and built by the talented team at chaptr for launch in January 2020.

Homepage and layout

The new branding was being developed as I began working on the wireframes, so I incorporated some colours and fonts to help visualise how the final site may look.

Simplicity and white space were two important factors when considering the structure and layout, and I also introduced a fixed slide out application form to appear on every page.

Meet the collective

There are three distinct types of attendees who make up the collective at L.E/Miami: exhibitors, travel buyers and media. The Who you will meet section was conceived so you could easily browse testimonials, statistics and attendee lists for each of these groups.

Artboards

Despite the simple navigation, there is quite a lot of content contained within the site, catering for both prospective attendees and registered delegates. Pages would range from a comparison table of the different packages on offer to the next steps after your attendance is secured. In total I created over 60 artboards from the different pages across the website.

Hotel reopenings list

The Covid-19 pandemic had a significant effect on the travel industry, with many hotels around the world closing their doors. As they began to reopen L.E/Miami presented an ever evolving list of properties, highlighting the amenities on offer and safety steps they've taken.

I built this page and connected it to a custom database, making it straightforward and intuitive to filter down the list by a number of different criteria.
